There are so many different IT groups that it’s difficult to know who to contact. In a perfect world, there would be a single point of contact that would take care of all your technical needs. In lieu of that, here are some guidelines. Problems Logging In Contribute, AEM, and WordPress – For help with account creation, password resets, and permissions for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Contribute, or WordPress, contact the web support services helpdesk, directed by Ben Whetstone. CAES and Extension websites – For help logging in to CAES web applications such as Georgia Counts, Extension Trainings, CAES Scholarships, File Sharing, and the Personnel Database, contact the web support services help desk, directed by Ben Whetstone. UGA systems – The Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) help desk serves as the central point of contact for University of Georgia faculty, staff, students and affiliates.
